I'm Derek Houghton, Cartel Client Review representative. 

It has always been my aim to help clients both save money and make money. The Cartel Client Review process works alongside this by helping my clients, where relevant, make and pursue a claim for losses and compensation against certain lenders.

I personally feel that it is my responsibility to notify clients and future clients of the potential to make a claim, giving help and guidance through the process.

A Quality Service at Your Convenience 

The 1st stage of the process will involve gaining an understanding of the current and previous products you have that may qualify. This part of the process can be completed over the telephone or sat down face to face. The choice is yours and will be driven by whichever you are the most comfortable with.

I will then aim to have a response from the Cartel Client Review underwriting department within two to three working days. If promising, I will arrange to meet with you, at a time and place of your convenience, to ensure that you fully understand the process and next steps.

The area I cover is wide (Lancaster to Birmingham, Leeds to North Wales) and demonstrates the commitment that I have to my clients. Even if you are located outside of this area I can still arrange for a colleague to meet with you.
